Securus Technologies has finally gained acquisition of GovPayNet. This will contribute to the company achieving it plans for enlarging the payment servicing business. This announcement was made on 4th of January 2018 by Securus Technologies CEO and president, Robert Pickens. He said that Securus Technologies was delighted to incorporate the GovPayNet in their products’ portfolio, since not only does GovPayNet have high-quality services but also offer satisfying services to the customers not to mention their great team.
“Mark MacKenzie and the team have over 20 years of experience in this sector and have built a business they can be proud of, ” said Robert in reference to GovPayNet. He said that GovPayNet was keen in observing all the attributes important to Securus and this will enable them to provide competent payment solutions to their customers.
On the other hand, the CEO of GovPayNet, Mark MacKenzie, said that combining their great team and excellent solutions with Securus and Jpay is a very important move to them. Working under Securus will greatly speed up their ability to increase services, secure new business in regions they have not yet reached not to mention grow their revenue.
